If for any reason your purchase doesn’t spark the happiness it was meant to, we’re here to make things right.
Below, you’ll find everything you need to know about our Return & Refund Policy. We’ve kept it transparent, fair and simple, because trust is the foundation of our relationship with you.
Your Right to Cancel
At Mynd & Bloom, we value your trust and strive to deliver only the best quality products. Please read our cancellation and return policy carefully before making a purchase.
Order Cancellation:
- Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order.
- To cancel your order, please email us at info.myndandbloom@gmail.com with your order details.
- Once your order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
Returns & Refunds:
- Once you receive the order, it cannot be returned unless the product is received by you in a defective or incorrect form.
- To process any refund, you must provide a full unboxing video and clear images of the product at the time of opening.
- Refunds will only be initiated after the returned product has been received and verified by our team.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5 business days of product receipt.
Important Notes:
- Products without an unboxing video or proper proof of defect/damage will not be eligible for a refund.

Minor variations in colour, texture, or packaging may not qualify as defects.
Unfortunately, we can’t accept returns for:
- Personalized or custom-made items.
- Goods that are perishable, time-sensitive, or past their expiry.
- Items that, once delivered, are inseparably mixed with other products.
We’ll always do our best to be fair, but if items don’t meet the above, we may need to decline the return.

To protect yourself, we strongly recommend using a trackable, insured shipping service. We can’t issue refunds without proof of return or if items are damaged/lost in transit.
